Nature
I chose nature because it is a really interesting, and unique topic. It has a vast majority of different things, including plants, environments, water, etc. Additionally, nature makes up our whole world, so it is important to recognize and dedicate magazines towards it.
I chose this magazine, because it is probably the most popular magazine out there, regarding nature. Everyone knows National Geographic when you talk about it, and it covers all topics. From oceans, too pollution, to forests, and more. So I chose this as a good inspiration, with lot's of detail inside it.
Animals
Animals is something that is very interesting to most people, and especially me. I love animals, and would definitely like making a magazine based off them. There are lots of species, and diverse forms, of animal life. Also, photographing animals is a fun experience, and you learn a lot spending time with animals. Since they are very different from people, it is a whole other experience.
This magazine covers all animals around the world, from insects, to deer, to pandas, to lions, and way more! So this magazine is a great inspiration for photo ideas, topics, what animals do, and more. Not only that, but this magazine provides insight on what others think, when making magazines on animals.
Food
Food is vital to every form of life, so it is a very broad and interesting topic. Everyone loves food, and especially when tastes as good as it looks. But personally, I chose it because it has a deep meaning to me, and my family. I like to cook with my dad, whenever I get the chance and we always have a good time making good food.
I chose this magazine because the cover is very bright, and appealing. Which is what I would want in a magazine. Not only that, but it includes things like "must try these recipes." So it shows that there is a lot of good information inside, which is vital to a good magazine.
Travel
I chose travel because it is a interesting topic to most people. Traveling is something that is super fun, and exciting. There are so many unique places, and cultures around the world. So there is a vast audience that this magazine can be suited to. I personally have a lot of travel experience, and have been to a handful of unique places. So this is also something I am interested in personally.
This magazine perfectly shows what travel is about. It's about relaxing, and enjoying where you go. Which is what the person in the photo seems to be doing. not only that, it includes many places you can go to this season. With mentions at the bottom. Which perfectly shows what a travel magazine should be about.
